I don't think it has to do with being in shape or not.
I sat in the AMG performance seats at the dealer. I'm 6'2" and the top of the seat came to the base of my skull. So they def aren't for everyone, especially anybody that's sorta tall.

yeah, I'm 6'5" and the issue was more about width (and I'm not fat) at both the hips and the shoulders. My shoulders were just resting and being pinched almost at the back of the ball. It took me one minute to realize those seats were a total non starter for me at least.

Strange Vinny this build in SA. Mine was built in Germany with the normal workflow. I had no option for tires. It is a lottery you get the tires they decide. I had by default the kit anti crevaison which comes only with non runfllats. Tires I got are Dunlop sport maxx.
I spoke to the technicians today. The remote online doesn't have remote start here. Anyone who can send me a screenshot of remote start please share.
Another small bad news: inbuilt wifi doesn't wotrk here in France. The norm is not the same as in Germany and it seems this is the reason why. I don't care too much as I use the shared connectivity from iPhone through Bluetooth. But I will shout with dealership as this is sold as a default option !!
Regarding seats I still have a small adaptation issue. I still didn't find a comfortable position with the normal leather seats. I feel like bounce forward whatever the setting i do for the various seat parts... Already seen such a comment somewhere but for sure it is due to the fact that I'm used to Audi where the seats position is great in a cockpit mode.

At first I was bummed as I really liked the look of the AMG Seats (still do). That said, I'm happy that I don't have them, as the "standard" seats are much more comfortable for longer / daily drives.
Doing any serious performance driving, I'd strongly recommend the AMG seats (they do mold to you better) but for daily driveability I'd recommend the standard seats. At the end of the day it comes down to personal preference and how you plan to use the car.

I asked the top service tech at my dealership about break in, and he said, just drive the car normally, and refrain from taking it to the race track for the first 1500 KMS. He said there's no issue in driving in any of the drive modes from day one. In short, I didn't think about any break in, nor did I change my normal driving style, which is pretty sedate most time, with the occasional burst of speed in sports plus mode to hear the exhaust. I can't see a problem arising down the road if one doesn't follow any break in procedure, but I also would not criticize anyone from doing what they think is best for their car, to each his own

The dealer told me exactly the same thing with a limit of 4000/5000 tr. so far I tried to stay beyond 4000 and I switch to S+ from time to time to hear the superb exhaust and blobs when reaching 3000 and then pushing the break pedal.
He also explained to me why my consumption is high 20l. My daily travel to work Is very shirt and full of red lights. The engine can't reach its good temperature and with cold weather it consumes more. He said the consumption will be more moderate and stable after 3000 to 4000 kms...

With this being such a personal choice, you really need to try them for yourself. Personally, I would go with the regular seat if this is a more of a family car with a spouse or significant other who will routinely be a front seat passenger.

A turbo back is an exhaust that starts at the turbos and goes all the way back. So in order it's header back, turbo back, cat back at least that's the way I understand it. I could be wrong I know just enough to get me in trouble.

he texted back "Everything's fine and on schedule. Once is build I'll reach out to you"
WTF is that? that doesn't tell me anything.
I did a Google on "mercedes cla order status" and found someone on mercedescla dot org able to check for me.
