hey hopefully you can help but i have a 2012 cls63 with ntg 4.0 i would like to install 5.0 with the e class lcd not the w218 lcd
i have a backup camera and nightvision camera..
1. Comand 5s1 big version with built in HD navi - ok
2. Screen - ok
3. Video cable to screen - ok
4. Repinning of cables in sockets - can you provide more info?
5. LAN antenna - what is this?
6. H/K Amp - my car already has premium sound do i still need new amp?
7. Camera and cablekit - would i need new camera?
8. Screen frame - ok
9. New joystick with 4 buttons - the 2015 cls63 uses same controller with 2 buttons that i have would i still need a new one?

How did you make a newer ESP work in an older car?
Dont worry...This will work in ALL cars and model years...I have a SIMPLE solution now.
In my car I upgraded to a new SAM unit for the headlight upgrade wich includes the CGW unit and it is THAT one that dont speak to my old ESP. So as long as you have your original units in your car ALL WILL WORK just FINE!!

Could you please find some of your precious time to help me with the following problem:
After installing, coding 5s1 unit along with new camera and wiring for 5s1
a message keep pooping up that camera is not found and after a second video from camera turns to black screen. You mentioned before that you solved camera problem could you please share your knowledge on this. I am an owner of W246 2013 car and not a commercial installer but in all ways qualified installer who is working with my car for more than a month now is stuck with the same problem you had claiming that the unit maybe faulty.
