1000 HP AMGs
.Hey, I agree with you all, the VR1000 V12 QT will be insane! But I'm all about the V8 and I will mod it all that I can. Oh, and my car will not only be streetable, but completely drivable!
That is the only way I will be able to make sure that the VR700 Power Upgrade for 65s delivers.

The Best of Mercedes & AMG
The kit will include:
1. Intercoolers
2. Air Boxes
3. CF cover - I am working on a design
4. Larger heat exchanger with CM30 pump
5. Powerchip software.
On a stock car we should see 65-75 RWHP and 100-120 RWTQ.
Better yet, I can't wait for you to start the Turbo Installation on my 55 Kompressor. After my "VRSecret Weapon" (Havoc Stage 2) my 55 should be at 850-900 Horses. Adding Turbos after that should give me well over 1,000… “VR1200?”
I think some of you guys need to reread Vadim's original post on this thread, just under the picture. VRP knows where the Real AMG Power is and they're saving the Best for Last!

I'm pretty sure that we are keeping the stock turbos, and adding the twin GT40s in the back by the rear tires.
Lots of plumbing, and pressure losses to deal with, but, that way we can add the monster GT40s without cutting up the car too badly.
But hey, what do I know??
Definately a fun project.

BTW- If I do get it done my car would still be faster because it will be in a W208 body which is about 1000lbs lighter than your car

As Paul Walker said in the sequal..."pockets ain't empty cuz."
Havoc and everyone, I really respect your decision to push the SL's to the limits. If you have the money and the desire...then why not! Modding is one of the best parts of car ownership anyway. And it seems like you will be very, very busy with getting these things up and running. Looking foward to see all the steps taken and of course, the finished project.

Your car will determine how I decide to move forward with mine so thanks for paving the way. I am still waiting to see some positive results for the VRP cams
