How many do you want ? Many dealers have as many as 6 wagons on their lots this month as they are selling both 23 and 24 at the same time. One reason is dealers are refusing to discount them, thinking they are hot item. 😆

Weird, I could had sworn there was a waiting list on those, guess I have been living under a rock, the RS 6 avant personally doesn't work for me though.

during pandemic time, (my region) dealers were saying there’s a 3 yrs wait for one and some dealers even wanted $5,000 non-refundable deposit and said there would still be no guarantee for an allocation. I am not kidding.
I noticed there were more rs6 avant on dealers lots starting early 2023 and it may have to do with rising interest rates and buyers have lost interest of their long wait. Lastly, the 24 is a power improvement as well and maybe people want this instead.

The problem was, they only cared about the short term gain and not the long-term gain/relationship of having returning customers. That is a failure of doing business in my books.

Just ordered 2023 wagon and the only thing I had a hard time with is the interior wood I think the piano black with the nautical lines is the way to go what is people’s opinionsI think carbon is long in the tooth my last wagon had the black wood which is very nice not sure if the black piano is going to look too busy ?

Well, I'm about to potentially make somebody's day. Waited on this a very long time. In the meantime, I broke down and fell for a Tesla. I realize this is blasphemy around here but the Model S better suits my current use case of primarily running errands around town and bringing kids to sports and school. (If I didn't have two cars to buy and two colleges to pay for in the next couple years, I wouldn't be selling.)
Either it's going to one of you lucky souls or back to dealer. As new condition with 430 miles. I can tell you it's the best one I've had yet (this is my third). No missing options. Everything works perfectly. Transmission is smooth as silk. And the color couldn't be a more elegant shade of dark blue. Pictures don't do it justice.
I follow strict break-in procedures so have yet to drive this hard. Totally babied. No stories.

Understand about College Tuition. Daughter graduated MIT '21 but didn't need a Car in Cambridge. We gifted her wife's Buick when she started working fulltime for DoD in Maryland after graduation. She quit recently after being on the payroll since age 18 and is now working for Microsoft in Virginia. Son currently is at GA Tech and bought him a '21 Kia Soul with cash. He better graduate in May 2026...lol Daddy needs a Chevy eRay!

It's obviously worth more but I'm willing to sell at MSRP. As an enthusiast (mainly in the Porsche world), I've grown to despise flippers and markups and crooked dealers. So here's my contribution. Nobody knows more than me how hard this is to get. Only wagon in US with ceramics. Literally one of one.

Well, I'll be leaving the ICE AMG fold in December when I turn my 2021 E63S wagon back to the dealer here in Raleigh. This car has every option including CCB brakes except for the CF engine cover. The turn-in mileage should be around 20,500 or so. My trade is for an AMG EQE SUV which certainly will be different than my wagon in a lot of ways. Let me know if you are interested in contacting the dealer where it will CPO'd for resale and I supply the name and location. It's been a hard decision not to keep the wagon, but I usually change cars every 3 years so it's time. Someone will be getting a real cherry vehicle.
