2019 C300 Base Audio Upgrade
Just got this car as a great deal, couldn't pass it up. Coming from an audiophile setup previously. From what I gather, I'm going to be extremely disappointed with what the 2019 C300 base audio comes with, and limited in options moving forward.
there are 4 door speakers, no tweeters (not even an option to set them up in the pillars?), and a "woofer" under the dash? Is there anything else?
What have you guys done previously to upgrade the sound besides adding a separate subbass woofer? That's easy and not what I'm here for.
4 inch speakers leave a lot to be desired from mid bass, has anyone retrofitted anything custom to get larger speakers into the doors? I've read about people using coaxials...
Probably shoving something to run middbass from the under dash woofer, upgrading the door fronts, and somehow getting tweeters with a 5 channel amplifier and DSP seems to be the way to go..thoughts?
