I still have everything on it. It would take a long time to tune without then in place as the fuel curve will be changed and hopefully there is enough fuel without the fmu

So you still have stock inj, and all the kleemann stuff on your 10sec clk? If so, then that helps me allot, I'll bolt on my new longtubes, and new custom y-pipe/mass air pipe system..... and retune locally with all the kleemann bits in place and stock inj (klee FMU, klee dc-dc conv, klee mas rheostat).
Thanks soooo much for the help guru of FASSSST CLK's.
PS - keep me in mind if you sell your autorotor

Sorry for being confusing. I have all the Kleemann pieces still there plus slr injectors.Originally Posted by betrezra

You'll laugh at my current real-time fuelpress/boost setup...... I took some mechanical Autometer gages with cup style gage pods and mounted the gages to a pad which I temporarily tape to the windshield for a few pulls to see what the car was doing. The redneck side of me actually kind of liked the gage pods near the cowl.... but sooooo no MB style
You will find having the ability to read boost/vac, fuel press, afr while driving a big plus..... with all of these mech/electronic gadgets tricking the stock ECU for critical functions like fuel, timing.... you want to monitor things occasionaly in case something go amiss. The consequences are $$$$$

Okay, so I need to order the bundle plus 2 pressure sensors, one for boost/vac and one for fuel. I'm also going to order the dual wideband package so I can monitor both banks.

Moe - Yup, upgrading in 2 stages to MBH.
BB - SLR injectors.... I'll order some.
Auto-rotor needs to come to houston to reside on my car

Slowly copying BB and PTE for a mutt of a fast car hopefully.
Kev - if you only run 1 O2 sensor put it on the drivers side bank as I understand it is the most likely prone to go lean 1st!

Pardon the crosspost..... but Weistec is getting into the M113k game soon!
So I could put this blower on my clk55 with lower c/r pistons and pulley down for some real power. (hopefully more to come)

Cool. Yea I got mine before any injectors were available and SLR seemed like a safe bet. You could also lok into the bosch EV14 if you want to go that route.Originally Posted by betrezra

Yup this is why I might sell my blower. Been looking to get my block sleeved with lower c/r pistons but seems like this is going to take a whileOriginally Posted by betrezra

I talked to Weistec today, and they "might" be interested in a sample clk55 to build their kit around. Alot of review would have to go on at their end and the car providers end I presume. I'd rather some-one-else be the guinnie pig..... based on what I've seen the deliver so far I'd have no doubt it would be B-AZZ!
....
Update on my car tonight...... really wanting to hit the track Fri PM in good air.... I pulled my klee rheostat and check actual ohms disconnected from mas circuit. It read 650 ohms, and my mass is reading max volt of 5.11 @ WOT under full load.
So I tried making a check @ 750 ohms.... volt down to 5.02,
Then 900 ohms.... down to 4.97,
Then 1000ohms.... voltage down to 4.96-4.97 (below 5 finally).
To get to the rec 4.85 max (rec by Klee), I'll have to crank this rheostat way over 1000ohms. Assuming it's a linear relationship... then 1350 ohms should get me down to 4.85max....... BUT the klee rheostat box maxes out @ 1000ohms. So the best I can do is 4.96-4.97volts.
I guess I'll bug cory again... to see if I'm allowed to add in another resistor on top of the klee box to get to 1350 ohms??????

3.5" OD / 3.37" ID Mass Air Tube arrived today..... and the MAS bung for Bosch:
IF I install this larger MASS AIR METER, I'll def need a tune.
You can see the 3.5" OD tube fits the stock lower TB Elbow, I'll need to get my hands on a stock y-pipe to test fit, but this should work fine.
I've got a mapp gas- al weld rod kit which I might try to braze the flange on the al tube. (more to come)

Yes you can add a resistor. I want to see you at the track Friday! Haha
How does the Weistec differ from our Kleemann blower? Is it because you can do more boost/psi than the Klee or what! And if so how much more boost?
Does it have the built in intercooler like ours does?
Also how does it apply to the M113k that already has an AMG supercharger in it?

I am just waiting to decide on what injectors to get then get the re-tune and hopefully that solves my problem

It is a bigger Whipple 2.9L blower. It has built in intercooler. You still need built motor with lower compression to run high boost. Originally Posted by JamE55

You replace the AMG supercharger with bigger blower. More power.
I plan on getting this so if anyone wants my blower with 3 pullies, ported supercharger inlet, 82mm tb and custom maf housing send me offers in pm

This looks to be very similar to the adj resistor in the klee box.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/High-Precisi...#ht_1714wt_907
I'll see if I can simply plug in this 2k ohm var resistor in place of the factory 1k ohm var resistor:

Yea the resistor is pretty cheap and can be found at pretty much any electronic store. You already know this but make sure you watch afr after messing with the resistance
Did you notice how long the Ebay auction takes to ship? Go to local radio shack or similar and see if you can pick one up today. Then hit the track tomorrow!

BB - Adj my klee resistor to 1000 ohm from stock 650 ohm.... has def increased my AFR from a 11.2 up top to mid-high 12's..... so this is NOT the answer for me.
Cory is sending me a stock 2.8" pulley to put on during the winter months to keep this tune happy, and so I can actually track the car safely.
I know I'll lose 20-40HP.... but I want pc of mind, particularly with my inj being @ 100% duty cycle, my MAS pegging.... I am on the edge.

Sounds like you found a stable solution there Jeff - changing the tires and the pulley for winter Originally Posted by betrezra
