None whatsoever. Perhaps your speed had been greater than 62 MPH prior to stopping. This will cause the airmatic to lower the car about 3/4" if the ride select was in comfort mode above that speed.

That's it, thank you Ag. Was in Comfort and coming off of 62+MPH. Also, had the radio/nav off to listen to the newly installed MBH headers. Perhaps that's why I was never aware of this before. I appreciate it!

E55 w/ goods, Z32 Project underway
looking for some help from you guys. i've got two issues.
My first issue is that when i go into Development mode for my ECU I get the following error:
and then it goes in and ALL of the settings are blank
has anyone had the same issue before? I can go into actual values and it will show me the current settings there just fine....
so whats my issue here? do i need to recode it all?
second question is... is there Dev mode in the IC- instrument cluster module? I can go into Dev mode on every other module but the cluster...

A this has become a convoluted thread with many questions and few answers (folks like secrets here to pay the bills); concerning the above, when I run into this exact issue, I unplug everything, unplug the OBDII, reboot PC, then try again, Almost always works after and the fields are populated. I keep the car off with key out for a minute.

question
Hi all,
I have a question. I have a Mercedes C55 AMG T and Star Diagnosis Developer.
Like my Vmax would lift or remove.
I was already in the engine control unit with developers because it says invalid encoding exist! the code 0224 can lift the Vmax to 280! But if you do it and test it sealed off at 250!
Does anyone have an idea?
Thank you

CAN'T SHUT DOWN THE TELE AID
If somebody can help, I will really appreciate it. I'm trying to shut down the Tele Aid. In CGW menu, when I'm switching it to "NOT PRESENT", it will not let me do it. Any thoughts? I'm tired of this annoying mafunction.

My question is this: I've read where the airmatic system will automatically lower the car after reaching highway speeds in Comfort Mode, or something to that affect. If I lower my E55 to my desired height, will the system still lower it further when I reach highway speeds? I don't want my car looking like a corny muscle car with the back end raked in the air going down the freeway. Or worse, lower it automatically to where it rubs the fenders.

I'm not sure if there is any way to disable it in Star, or if the aftermarket ELMs (Renntech or Programa) will override those factory behaviors.

aliexpress.com is about the only link that still works in this thread.
Is anyone interested in selling their Star? (with latest updates hopefully ) id rather get something that has been proven to work.
