Hey Joe - the part numbers are 212-330-21-03 and 204-330-19-03/203-330-19-03. They should fall under the steering gear assembly.

Can't find the first part, but found the other two. It appears the other part is the inner tie rod which MB shows as A2123302803. Procedure and pic/parts list attached.

Regards,

Joe

That's perfect and helps. I guess MB calls it a track rod. Is there a replacement procedure for the inner tie rod listed?

Guessing you want part number for the sensors. If so, it's A 276 905 10 00.

Joe

As always, thank you so much. I really appreciate your help. For step #3, remove oil filter housing: may I have instruction on how to do this? I have everything opened, staring at this for hours and couldn't figure it out how.

It looks like it's quite a project based on the attached procedure. I've included the referenced other procedures as well.

Regards,

Joe

Please confirm from attached what you're wanting to replace. If not there then I need more description to isolate part/procedure.

Attached is the procedure, a parts list, and pictorial. There are numerous procedures involved in replacing the case. If you decide to move forward, let me know which other procedures you need. One other note; the procedure calls out specifically Loctite 5970 for the case sealant.

Regards,

Joe

Thanks Joe!
I will show it to my mechanic because he will do it. Have you got any suggestions on this job? What to replace or change?
